Job Details
Our client is a national practice with an outstanding reputation for its claimant ID work.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an admitted solicitor, FILEX or of equivalent practical experience, and have sound theoretical knowledge and the ability to conduct Industrial Disease claims, including complex cases, from beginning to end. You will have considerable post qualification experience of handling contentious multi track cases including dealing with advocacy and litigation with particular knowledge and experience of litigating industrial cases, including Hand Arm Vibration (HAVS), Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) and Work Related Upper Limb Disorders (WRULD).
