Private Client Solicitor

An outstanding North West legal firm are looking to take on a dynamic Private Client Solicitor.   

In this role, you will work directly in the Private Client team, where you will act for individuals instructing the firm on a variety of matters including Wills, Trust and Probates. 

 This is an ideal opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor looking to handle good-quality, varied work and join a friendly, down-to-earth team.  The firm offer a blend of remote and office working so this role can be suitable to solicitors who live further afield.

• You will be expected to advise clients in the following: drafting wills, drafting Powers of Attorney, probate planning and estate administration, training and developing junior colleagues 
• The firm places a lot of focus on corporate social responsibility and is involved in many charity initiatives and pro-bono work  
• The firm have a clear progression policy based on merit with no glass ceiling 
• Commutable from Chester, Liverpool, Greater Manchester, Stafford, North Wales, The Wirral, Shropshire

The ideal candidate   

• A qualified Private Client Solicitor circa 3-6 years PQE however this is only a guideline and the firm will consider various levels of experience   
• Will be used to handling a varied caseload   
• Will be a confident communicator with outstanding client care skills   
• A hard-working team player focused on getting the very best result
