Job Details

This Top 60 practice is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor NQ-2+ PQE to join one of the country's most established and entrepreneurial departments.

The Firm

Located in the City of London, this practice boasts a modern approach having over 13 offices and still have ambitions to continue its recent growth over the next 24 months.

This firm is flexible and adaptable; they have a collegiate working culture and promote hybrid working up to 3 Days a week.

The Role

This role will allow you to become a crucial part of a flourishing, highly skilled and experienced team with a specific focus on Residential Property transactions. This includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and more. This will be a hands-on role in working with high-end estate agents and having a real variety of work.

Requirements & Salary

  • You will be a Residential Property/Conveyancing Lawyer NQ-2+ relevant years PQE
  • You will be a dynamic and personable individual
  • You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Have experience in dealing with both Freehold & Leasehold
  • Salary is highly competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience. They are looking for long-term hires and pay well for the right candidate.
