Highly regarded Surrey firm are looking to recruit an employment specialist to provide maternity leave cover. Commencing in September the role is for a minimum of 6 months and with the firm actively recruiting into the department on a permanent basis also there is an excellent opportunity for a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.
The caseload consists of a mix of claimant and respondent employment matters including, but not limited to:
- Unfair dismissal
- Employment termination
- Constructive dismissal
- Discrimination - age, race, disability, gender
- Employment contracts
- Consultancy agreements
This role is offered on a flexible basis with full and part time hours considered. The firm are fully set up for remote working so a hybrid remote working arrangement or a 100% remote working agreement is on offer.
