Company Commercial Locum

City firm are looking to recruit a company commercial specialist to provide maternity leave for a minimum of 6 months.

Commencing in July the role is offered on a flexible basis with both full and part time hours considered, along with remote working for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a varied caseload of non-contentious corporate and commercial matters for clients including high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and SMEs across a range of sectors.

Matters include:

- M&A transactions

- Equity fund raising

- Joint ventures

- Shareholders' agreements

- Corporate financing

- Corporate real estate transactions 

Applicants must be confident in drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, heads of terms, investment agreements, development and LLP agreements, articles of association and the full range of corporate documents including share option agreements.

Employment experience is desirable but not essential as is experience within IP.
