A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, hardworking, and highly motivated Conveyancing Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join my clients Conveyancing Department in their Llanrwst office.
The successful candidate will be able to manage a caseload of all aspects of sale and purchase and transactions, transfer of equity from instruction through to completion, and registration of both registered and unregistered properties both freehold and leasehold estates.
You will be able to deal with a high volume of files with minimal supervision and have a great knowledge of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme and money laundering requirements.
Candidates are welcome with a minimum of 2 years PQE, however more Senior candidates will be considered, and salary will be competitive. In return my client gives excellent career prospects in the legal profession, they offer hybrid working and flexible working.
