Job Details
As part of the firm’s succession planning our client who is a Chambers listed Legal 500 law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor 2+ PQE level to join the team in Reading.
The firm is well established and highly regarded due to the high levels of service, expertise, and quality they provide to their private clients.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to deal with the straightforward probate work with minimal supervision and assist on a range of other Private Client matters.
You will be working in a team of 8 other fee earners and have the full support of a Legal Secretary.
The department generally deals with Administering an Estate Court of Protection Creation and Administration of Trusts Elderly Client Advice Inheritance Tax (IHT) Power of Attorney Trust and Estate Accounting and Tax Management Will drafting and Reviews Wills, Trusts, and Estate Disputes
A STEP qualification would be desirable but not essential.
