Our client is a highly reputed niche full service law practice with an excellent reputation locally in matrimonial / family law.
The flow of work is such as to demand the appointment of a further Solicitor to join the team.
The firm advise on all aspects of matrimonial / family law.
Duties include
•Advocacy
•Divorce;
•Negotiating Financial settlements;
•Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements;
•Disputes involving children;
•Cohabitation;
•Dissolution of civil partnerships; and,
•Emergency applications, variations and enforcement.
The team has experience of high value divorce settlements involving business assets, foreign property and pension sharing.
In addition to covering the existing caseload you will be encouraged to take an active role in business development initiatives.
