Probate Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive
TSR Legal have a brand new opening for a probate solicitor, chartered legal executive or experienced fee-earner to join a successful team in Exeter where you will be part of a wider private client department. This position is a fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.
You will be a probate solicitor or legal executive or fee-earner - 5 years + PQE.
This is an opportunity to be involved with mainly the administration of large and complex testate and intestate estates and the preparation of Wills and LPA's. This opening would be suited to someone with a good knowledge of inheritance tax reliefs including business and agricultural property reliefs or have an interest to be involved and develop within these areas.
