The Role:

As part of the firm's short-term growth plans and increase of instructions, the firm now requires a Family Solicitor to strengthen and add value to their family team out of their York office.

There are also options to work out of other regional offices and hybrid working options to enable an agile and flexible approach to work arrangements.

Their family team has broad capabilities across all areas of family law, though financial proceedings are a prominent area of work for the firm. You can expect to be involved in:

* Divorce
* financial proceedings
* injunctions
* children act applications
* pre-nuptial agreements

You will also be allowed to shape your career by focusing on particular areas of family law and becoming an expert within your field.

Requirements:

* You will be an experienced Family Solicitor with a minimum of 3 Years PQE in York or Hull
* You will have the ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of family law proceedings
* You will possess an ambition to further your career and welcome opportunities for learning and development
