Leading law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join one of the largest commercial real estate teams in Kent.

The Commercial Property team's experience is comprehensive and includes landlord and tenant work, site acquisition and property development, secured lending and due diligence work, corporate sales and acquisitions. The Commercial Property team works in tandem with property experts in specialist areas including construction, agriculture and rural business, charities and property disputes. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills within a supportive and thriving team.

You will have experience of handling a general mix of good quality commercial property work and will be commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
