This is an incredible career growth opportunity for a knowledgeable Solicitor , Associate or Senior Associate level fee earners to join a well known firm who have an excellent reputation for Real Estate.

The team are chambers rated and have established relationships with long standing household name clients.

You could be at any level of qualification from NQ to senior.

In this role you will perform of a management of a case load of client matters across a broad spectrum of planning matters, including often fast-paced time-critical work, as well as non-transactional and advisory work whether individually, with appropriate supervision, or supporting other fee earners, ensuring that individual financial targets and objectives are met in line with the departmental business plan.

Drafting and advising on all kinds of planning matters including section 106 Agreements and unilateral undertakings, planning appeals, applications, planning objections, compulsory purchase, and all associated advice arising from the Real Estate division across all offices.

The role is based in Southampton and offers a flexible working approach of combining office and home working.
