Commercial & Projects Associate

Your main focus will be on supporting the firm’s health sector clients and can expect to get involved in NHS projects such as the work connecting to the HIP hospitals, primary care centre development and NHS key worker housing.  On a more general basis, you will be working with NHS, and private sector clients on commercial transactions such as joint ventures; managed equipment contracts; new models of care provision in the NHS; outsourcing and shared services, and contract renegotiation and termination.
 
To be considered you will ideally be:

• A 2-6 year post qualified Solicitor
• Experienced in working with public/health sector bodies
• Willing to support more junior members in the team and take on some management responsibilities (dependent on level of experience)
