Job Details
You will be joining an established team of specialists who act for both borrower and lender side transactions. They are on the panel for regional, retail and London International banks, providing advice on acquisition finance, real estate finance, clearing bank panel transactions, as well as providing support on corporate MBO and private equity transactions.
This team is unique in its way of working. This is not a hierarchical team and as a junior solicitor you will be a part of all the deals, will meet with clients where you lead the drafting from the start (including structuring and quoting) through to the completion of a deal.
