PSL - Corporate

Working as part of the corporate groups PSL team, this role will offer you the chance to work as an integral member of the firm's international corporate group. If you are tired of chargeable hours, and would like to continue working at the highest level possible, this role will allow you to fully utilise your experience in corporate law.

The Role

This is a standout opportunity to work within this leading Corporate team, as a Professional Support Lawyer at the firms Leeds office.

This role will involve working with the firm's international corporate practice and with the firm's corporate PSL team, including knowledge resources, delivering training programmes, capturing expertise and market trends.

The role is varied and would also include supporting the firm's other functions including Learning & Development, project management and business development.

Requirements

• 5 + years PQE working on corporate matters or previous experience in a corporate PSL role
• Exposure to a broad diet of corporate work, with an M&A and/or private equity focus
• The ability to offer exceptional support to employees and Lawyers at all levels
