Head of Residential Property

This is an exciting chance for an ambitious residential property solicitor, legal executive for licenced conveyancer with 4+ PQE to lead the expansion of an entrepreneurial firm into a new market.  

In this role, you will start up the Residential Property department of a young and ambitious firm, taking on a leading role in the department as it grows. 

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of property work, as well as working to grow the property department and eventually managing the team.

Head of Residential Property – Wilmslow 
The company & role 
 

• The firm are young, set up in 2020 by an ambitious, Legal 500 recognised solicitor who wants to expand into the residential property market 
   
• The firm are passionate about providing excellent client care and believes this will set them apart from other firms as they expand 
   
• You will be responsible for growing the Residential Property department and eventually leading the team 
   
• You will handle your own caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, including equity transfer and probate work 
   
• Commutable from Manchester, Stockport, Altrincham, Wilmslow, Macclesfield

The ideal candidate 

• A residential property solicitor, legal executive for licenced conveyancer with 4+ PQE 
   
• Will have strong people management skills  
   
• May have experience leading a team  
   
• Will be committed to delivering an excellent standard of client care  
   
• Will be used to working within a target-driven, team environment
