Due to a continuous period of growth in the team, our client has instructed Chadwick Nott on a requirement for an ambitious and diligent Residential Property Solicitor to help them expand their already strong presence in residential conveyancing in Somerset.

The successful candidate can expect to join a thriving, modern conveyancing team and to be furnished with support and opportunity to advance their career, providing they have the skill and ambition to pursue it. With early direct client involvement and your own caseload, you will be able to progress quickly and hone your conveyancing ability within an experienced and supportive team, as part of a successful, Legal 500-recognised firm.

The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. You will be expected to independently handle a busy caseload of a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new builds, first registrations and transfers of equity.

Market rate salary is on offer dependant on experience
