Clinical Negligence Solicitor 3+ PQE- Birmingham

This is a new opportunity for an Associate to join a national firm who are rated by L500 and Chambers as the leading provider of legal services to the healthcare sector.

With a minimum of 3 years' PQE, you will join an expanding clinical negligence department. You will ideally have defendant clinical negligence experience, preferably gained at a NHS Resolution Panel firm, as the role will involve managing a caseload of claims on instructions from NHS Resolution.

You should have experience of handling and advising on cases involving complex issues and maximum severity injuries. Experience of managing claims against GPs is an advantage but not essential. Applications are also welcome from claimant clinical negligence solicitors looking to move into defendant work.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with a partner who will supervise your work and there will be opportunities for client contact and business development.
