Head of Private Client Department, Kingston-upon-Thames

This well-respected firm has an exciting opening in their private client team following the successful career progression plan of one of their staff. 

This role of the head of the department is designed as a career step for those that have management experience but are looking for the next step in their career. 

The firm is comprised of a fair and straight forward group of partners, who have a refreshing and transparent approach to management and career progression.

They have been established for well over 150 years, and continue to see many clients return to use them time and time again across all the practice areas they cover. 

As part of your new role, you will be expected to:
  • Manage/build a team of strong legal professionals
  • Make decisions regarding marketing, business development and management projects
  • Become a STEP member (funded by the firm)
