Corporate Lawyer, Bermuda, Caribbean

A lucrative opportunity with a large offshore law firm is now available. The firm has a vast network of high-profile clients and an extensive offering in terms of quality of work including, funds, finance, corporate and disputes.

The corporate team is now looking for an experienced lawyer with at least 1 years PQE and a solid academic profile. The role will be to deal with all aspects for corporate law, as well as manage a high-end client base.

Working amongst a multi-disciplinary team, the successful candidate will manage transactions on corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, capital markets and investment funds. Ideally, candidates will need to have knowledge and experience of corporate and commercial law in Bermuda.
