Job Details
High street solicitors practice in West Sussex seeks a Residential Property lawyer to work part-time, covering up until November 2022.
You will be working alongside a property lawyers managing your own caseload which includes sales/purchases, re-mortgages, equity transfers and shared ownerships or freehold & leasehold properties. Any experience with lease extensions, Right to Buys, enfranchisement or part-exchange properties would be an advantage.
You must be IT literate, some experience working with "Cloud" case management systems preferred.
Generous day/hourly rates on offer, flexible working including part-time.
