JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years PQE
LOCATION: East Lincolnshire
SALARY: up to c£45,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
An experienced Litigation Solicitor is sought after to join this long-established firm to manage a varied case load of litigated matters. The successful candidate will be directly involved in a wide range of matters for both individual and commercial clients to include, breach of contract, debt recovery, property litigation, landlord and tenant matters and partnership/shareholder disputes. The role will be varied and will require the appointed Litigation Solicitor to be confident in their ability to conduct a file from initial instruction to settlement.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Litigation Solicitors who will have gained a minimum of 3 years’ experience dealing will a broad range of litigation matters. Advocacy skills are essential. The successful candidate will show a willingness to continue to expand their technical knowledge and commercial awareness with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients. As an experienced Litigation Solicitor, you will have excellent written & verbal communication skills. The ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload where needed will be the key to being successful in this role.
