The Role:

You will join a highly regarded Commercial Property team as an Associate in the firm's Preston office.

Working alongside renowned Partners, you will gain a high level of exposure to a range of commercial property matters, including landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals, and residential & commercial developments. Clients include regional and national developers, investors, and corporate occupiers, and you can expect to be a key client contact from an early stage.

You will play a significant role in the growth and direction of the team, allowing you to make your mark at an early stage and have a platform to springboard your career. You can also expect to receive an attractive package and plenty of flexibility.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
• Experience across a range of commercial property matters, including landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals, and developments
• Comfortable handling your own caseload and assisting Partners on more complex matters
• Able to build strong client relationships
