Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ+ PQE)
Location: Worksop
Salary: £35,000- £55,000
Contract: Permanent
CRA Legal are representing one of our prestigious clients who are an established law firm within the region who offer a range of business and personal legal services Due to business growth we are looking for an ambitious Property Solicitor to join the Worksop office running a mixed caseload. The opportunity would suit either an experienced commercial or residential property solicitor looking for a move into an established team or for an NQ looking for the next step in their career
Required Attributes
*NQ + PQE solicitor with experience in a Commercial or residential Property environment
*A proven ability to manage your own caseload and deliver to deadlines
*Used to dealing with a varied caseload of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant, sales and acquisitions, leases, property development and much more.
*A proactive approach towards business development
*A commitment to delivering excellent client care
*Excellent communication skills
