Commercial Property solicitor or Legal Executive
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £45,000-£65,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of a reputable regional law firm with multiple offices throughout South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. Our client is looking to hire an experienced commercial property solicitor or legal executive to join their established and growing conveyancing department in their Doncaster Office. The ideal candidate will have 4 years + PQE

The role will include but is not limited to:
*Dealing with a caseload of all aspects of commercial property;
*Supervision and training of trainee's and NQ's;
*Assisting with complex technical enquiries from the wider Commercial Property Team;
*Day-to-day supervision and management of paralegals and secretaries in your branch; and
*Working with the Head of Department and Operations Manager to develop and your branch office.

Skills
We are accepting applications from individuals who:
*Have a proven track record of commercial property work;
*Have a minimum of 4 years PQE;
*Are self-motivated and able to organise their own workload;
*Possess good management and supervisory skills;
*Have a strong desire to market and develop their branch; and
*Have good time management skills and a flexible approach to work.
