Senior ISDA Negotiator, Wealth Management Firm, 4 month FTC

Our client is keen to speak with experienced ISDA negotiators who would consider 4 months of contract work with a leading wealth management firm. The role is to start ASAP in a hybrid way based in London.

Candidates will be expected to be responsible for negotiating MSFTA and ISDA/CSA agreements, as well as any other ancillary documentation for a range of funds and clients across multiple products.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

• Recent experience and in-depth knowledge, drafting and negotiating of MSFTA/ISDA/CSA agreements
• Upwards of 5 years of experience
• Experience gained in private practice or busy in-house within Financial Services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Available immediately or at short notice

Successful candidates would have a strong understanding of the key data terms in agreements and be able to build relationships with various internal groups and external counterparts.
