JOB TITLE:                  Planning & Property Lawyer - Locum
PQE REQUIRED:          3+
LOCATION:                  100% Remote Working Available
HOURLY RATE:            up to £45 p/hour
 
THE ROLE:
The appointed Planning and Property Lawyer will be required to assist the Head of Legal to manage the team whilst providing legal services in the Planning and Property team. The caseload of the appointed Locum Lawyer will include matters such as section 106 agreements, planning litigation, drafting of enforcement notices as well as some light commercial property matters.
 
This role can be conducted on a 100% remote working basis and falls within IR35.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have in excess of 3 years’ PQE working as a Planning Solicitor or Legal Executive. You will be a professional who can offer quality and proficient advice on legal Planning & Property matters. It is vital that you have sufficient planning & property experience to include undertaking appeal hearings and attending planning committees. Ideally you will have experience of working within the public sector and have experience of supervising a team.
