It is continuing this growth and looking for an additional corporate commercial solicitor with up to 6 years’ PQE. 

Here an established team of energetic and enthusiastic corporate commercial lawyers will support you, all with the common aim to grow the already busy department and provide an unrivalled service and level of advice to clients. 

Your caseload will be broad and include assisting and advising on: 

• Commercial contracts (general contracts, supply, distribution and franchise agreements and terms and conditions)
• IP and IT matters
• Transactional corporate matters, M&A 
• Business planning, support and compliance
• Regulatory (including eCommerce Regulations) 
• Protecting businesses and assets
• Company Secretarial matters
