2 + PQE
New opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join this leading Oxfordshire firm at the associate level.
The firm are L500 rated and have a number of offices throughout the South East. They are now seeking an individual to join at the mid level, taking over a full caseload of mid-high value property.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
* Manage an existing residential property caseload from instruction to registration
* Deal with all aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold work
* Assisting with day to day queries
* Supervising juniors
* Undertaking marketing
This is an excellent opportunity to join a commercial firm who are going from strength to strength and be instrumental in the further expansion of their residential property team.
