TSR Legal have an exclusive opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate with 5 or more years' PQE to join an expanding law firm at senior level, where there are genuine partnership prospects in a well-regarded commercial department based in Gloucester.

There is flexibility in the role where your week will be split between office-based and remote home working.

This leading law firm is looking to hire a Company Commercial Solicitor in its prominent commercial team. Clients include household brand names as well as regional & national clients. You will work with the Head of the Employment team with cross over matters.

This Gloucester Commercial Associate / Senior Associate role will involve:

Role Responsibilities

• Acquisitions, disposals, mergers and management buyouts
• Company formations
• All types of commercial contracts and terms of trading business start-ups
• Charities
• Contracts
• Corporate restructuring
• Insolvency & joint ventures
• Partnerships and limited liability partnerships (LLPs)
• Shareholders’ agreements
• Drafting and advising upon commercial contracts e.g. standard terms and conditions of business, distribution agreements etc.
• Developing an effective working relationship with clients

This is a highly coveted opportunity, suitable for an Associate / Senior Associate with 5 plus years PQE with the experience and ambition to be part of an international team operating out of the firms Gloucester office.
