A leading Legal 500 firm is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join them in East Sussex. This firm is well known for dealing with HNW property work and as a result of expansion, is looking to recruit.

• You will work on a dynamic caseload of all aspects of residential conveyancing work from sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and lease extensions.

The ideal candidate

• Qualified Residential Property Solicitor, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced fee earners are encouraged to apply
• You will have 1+ year experience managing all aspects of Residential Conveyancing
• Be ambitious, dynamic and have an eye for detail
