Private Client Solicitor - Oxfordshire / Hybrid

Steeped in history our client who are a successful law firm have ambitious growth plans within their private client team and this is your chance to play a key role in growing the team and attracting instructions from both new and existing clients, maintaining their strong reputation in the area.

The successful candidate will run their own caseload and assist the Team Leader with business development and implementation of new precedents/processes. The focus of the team is to provide a high level of client care to high net worth clients and key aspects of the role will include:

• Drafting Wills
• Advising on inheritance tax planning
• Creation and administration of trusts
• Preparation of LPAs
• Advising attorneys under LPAs in their role
• Court of Protection applications, including Deputyship Orders
• Advising on mental capacity and advice in relation to care fees
• Supervision, support and training of Private Client team members

This is a superb platform to build upon and develop your career and would suit an experienced Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) who is looking to join a reputable law firm. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team is essential and you should also be interested in embracing new technologies. STEP qualification would be highly desirable but is not mandatory.

The firm are agile with the way they allow their staff to work, so the role is hybrid and flexible with two days per week based in a friendly office and there is also a generous remuneration package on offer, including 25+ days holiday, bonus scheme and progression opportunities.
