Our client has an international reputation with high rankings in the legal directories. They act for some of the world's leading businesses advising them on their HR and employment needs both domestically and internationally. They are now looking to expand their Oxford team with a driven and ambitious junior Employment Solicitor.

As part of the team you will work along- side true leaders in their field, assisting on high quality matters. You will have excellent support and training, whilst also having the autonomy to deal with clients on your own and build your own client relationships, advising both employers and employees.

Ideally you will be from a prestigious regional or city firm with a good reputation in this field, academically bright with some great experience already under your belt.
