JOB TITLE: Employment Lawyer

THE ROLE:
This leading, national firm is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their national team, in their Birmingham office. You will undertake a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work for the firm’s growing commercial client-base. Due to continued new instructions, the team are extremely busy and are keen to appoint an experienced Employment Lawyer at the senior level who can come in and hit the ground running as well as support the development of other Employment Lawyers within the team.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Employment Lawyer will have at least 7 years PQE in dealing with the broad spectrum of employment law and possess strong business development skills along with an excellent working knowledge of a variety of employment related matters. You will have gained relevant experience within a reputable and leading practice who are highly recognised for their employment offerings, experience in managing Employment Tribunal litigation is essential.
