COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR / LEGAL EXECUTIVE (NQ - 2)
A rare mid-level opportunity with great progression potential at a leading Legal 500 firm
The successful candidate will be an NQ up to two year post qualification experience in Commercial Property matters, including Landlord and Tenant, Leasehold And Freehold transactions, Property Finance, Land Acquisition and Developments.
The role will require you to manage your own case load from initial instruction through to conclusion and to assist in business development and networking
The team work very collaboratively and you will be trained and supervised by some of the best in the industry
The firm are happy to receive CV's from candidate's with experience in Residential Property who are looking to make the transition into Commercial Property so we would welcome applications from candidate's with this background
