We are a General Practice Law firm based in Southeast London seeking for HOUSING LITIGATION SOLICITORS/ SUPERVISOR on a permanent, Full/ part time basis.
The ideal candidates will have both Public and private sectors housing experience to include:
- Possession claims, Disrepair, Homelessness, Anti-Social behaviour
- Injunctions, General Housing/ Civil litigations
- Advocacy experience to attend court
- A Minimum of 4 years PQE in General Housing Litigations Roles
- Full Knowledge of Legal Aid casework and supervisions
- Ability to manage own caseload
- Good client care skills and the ability to build good relationships with clients and staff members
- Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills
- Able to supervise junior staff members and Solicitors
- Own client following is added advantage
