A regional practice with a strong foothold in the East Midlands employing lawyers skilled across many legal disciplines and offices require an Employment Lawyer for their Northampton office.
 
The Company
Recognised by legal commentators in various directories for their legal advice in a wide area of law. The firm provides support and advice to clients on a regional and national basis in both personal and business law.
 
The Role
The Employment team are closely supported by the Company Commercial, Commercial Litigation and Commercial Property teams. The successful Employment Lawyer will enjoy close business development support from colleagues. The role provides the opportunity to undertake a diverse case load incorporating contentious and non-contentious work for employer clients. There is a mix of employer and employee work.
 
Supporting the Head of Employment the Employment Lawyer will be ambitious and will have the opportunity to develop a career with excellent prospects available.
 
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with up to 4 years' PQEand a strong background in Employment law, with a bias towards non contentious employer work. Must possess excellent technical and client care skills. Be a team player and able to manage a full case load.
 
Salary to £60,000
