Real Estate Solicitor - Derby

One of the leading law firms in Derby, with a considerable international reach, are currently seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join their dedicated, well-regarded firm.

You will be working in one of the fastest growing law firms in the UK, with an excellent caseload and really strong notable clients.

The role:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial real estate transaction documents, including sale & purchase contracts, development agreements, forward funding agreements, agreements for lease and leases
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating security documentation and ancillary property documentation on real estate finance transactions

You will be working alongside two very experienced Partners who you’ll assist as well as handling your own caseload of mixed matters. The successful candidate will have excellent Commercial Property exposure and be looking to join a regional firm with outstanding quality of work.

The successful candidate will have at least 4 plus years relevant post qualified experience gained at either a national or regional practice, alongside a strong academic background.
