Job Details
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Head of Legal or highly experienced Commercial Solicitor to progress their career with an international business. With offices nationally and a flexible hybrid working policy, the role has scope to be based in several locations across England including Yorkshire, the Midlands and the North West.
You will lead the UK legal function, with the support of a high performing team. Joining the business as a senior leader, reporting directly to the CEO, you will have overall responsibility for all legal matters and management of the legal budget in the UK. Experience with commercial contracts, procurement, managing / preventing disputes, corporate transactions etc. will be highly beneficial, as will experience leading and managing a team of lawyers.
This position would be best suited to a Commercial Solicitor with significant in house experience and ideally a minimum of c. 10 years PQE.
