Job Details

Our client, is one of the leading global law firms, is looking for a property disputes lawyer to join them a professional support lawyer. In this role, you will work with other property PSLs and you will be a key member of the real estate disputes team. You will be assisting with maintaining standard documents, staying abreast of legal developments, producing articles and client-facing content and assisting with the preparation and presentation of internal and external training and seminars. You will ideally have worked as a PSL previously, but that is not essential. You will a need a good working knowledge of business tenancy renewals, dilapidations, rent review, rights of light, telecoms, enfranchisement, insolvency and the other core areas making up a leading property litigation practice.

Experience Required
Minimum of 5 years of practice experience at a law firm or equivalent with a practice focussed on Real Estate Disputes, preferably with prior experience working as a Real Estate Disputes Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) but this is not essential.
Ability to coordinate outputs from multiple practice areas and jurisdictions and develop a holistic approach.
