A Commercial property legal secretary position has arisen at a reputable Legal 500 firm. This role is to be based in their Telford office and is a full-time permanent role.
Our client can offer a commercial property legal secretary the ability to work in a down to earth and friendly environment in a firm that really does have an inclusive feel!
The role itself will entail providing support to the Commercial Property fee earners within the department where your key duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Audio copy typing
- Preparing and formatting documents
- Performing searches and dealing with the Land Registry to include SDLT returns and companies house registrations
- Handling post completion matters
