Job Details

We are looking to attract a senior lawyer to join our  Tier 1 Healthcare Regulatory team in our Manchester  office.

Our national healthcare regulatory team is instructed by individual healthcare professionals; by insurers and indemnifiers on behalf of those individuals; and by healthcare organisations such as private hospitals and pharmacists. The role itself will involve handing a varied caseload focusing on inquests, NHS Trust and private hospital disciplinary investigations, regulatory investigations, NHSE investigations, CQC investigations, and crime. The role will also include supervision of team members, and occasionally providing training to clients.

We are keen to secure an experienced solicitor at associate or partner level, or barrister, who has previous exposure to advocacy, is able to handle a caseload ranging from straightforward to complex matters, and who has a solid understanding of the healthcare regulatory market. Experience of criminal matters would be an advantage.

We offer a nurturing and collaborative environment and agile hybrid ways of working in our brand new offices in Manchester. Our company benefits include 25 days holiday allowance plus the option to purchase more, an additional day off for your birthday, pension scheme, health cash plan, life assurance and income protection. We also offer a number of discounts to use for gym membership, car leasing, mobile phones contracts and insurance products and a cycle to work scheme.
