Private Client Solicitor This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a friendly and professional law firm in their Hampshire office with the responsibility to work in a stand alone role with autonomy and reporting to the firm's managing partner. The Firm This is an independently owned law firm employing some very fine and experienced solicitors and ex-partners of leading London and regional practices. They provide legal services to business and individuals, often dealing with high net worth work. The firm are open to some hybrid working combining office and home working. The Role This Private Client Solicitor role will involve dealing with all aspects of private client law to include reviewing, amending and draft complex wills, as well as simple form wills, Probate, Tax, Estate Administration, Inheritance Tax advice, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts. As part of their succession planning a private client solicitor with at good PQE is required to work autonomously in private client, whilst reporting directly to the board, to undertake an existing case load. This Private Client opportunity will be working with a number of high net worth clients offering excellent quality work. There will be a requirement to travel to other offices when required. The private client solicitor role is commutable from Basingstoke, Andover, Winchester, Chandler's Ford, Romsey Southampton and Eastleigh. Salary dependent upon experience. The Candidate A qualified Private Client Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE, able to work well with minimal/no supervision, self sufficient and highly motivated. A car owner and driver.
