The Role

This Top 100 law firm is looking for a Real Estate/Commercial Property Solicitor to join their outstanding practice in the City of London office.

You will gain the opportunity to take real responsibility for your own work and handle direct client contact.

The firm is is recognised as having one of the foremost real estate departments in the country. The team encompasses a number of solicitors and Partners who are rated highly in the Legal 500 and Chambers.

The Department represents a significant part of the wider business and clients include Residential Developers and National House Builders, Investment Funds, Entrepreneurs and Housing Associations undertaking large high profile developments, urban regeneration projects and Joint Ventures.

The Department also undertakes commercial leasehold work. It represents a number of local authorities and charities undertaking work in the sector. It is a growing and important part of the practice. This involves a huge variety of challenging legal and contractual work.

They are looking to recruit a Solicitor at the Associate level into their office in the City of London.
You will be given great exposure within this team and the opportunity to develop your own client contacts and shape your career - progression prospects are strong.

Requirements:

• You will be an England & Wales Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE
• You will have experience in Commercial Real Estate Law
• An ability to manage your own caseload is desirable
