Job Details
I am currently seeking a real estate solicitor seeking a new full time or part time opportunity with a top national firm in Leeds!
Our client is a market leading firm within the health, social care, house and emergency services sectors.
Within your role you can expect to work with top clients in both private and public sector, including NHS Organisations, government and regulatory bodies, registered providers, insurers and many more.
Your role will involve a wide variety of high quality commercial real estate matters for healthcare and many other clients. Experience within the healthcare sector would be advantageous yet not essential.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have experience in negotiating commercial leases, agreements for lease, development agreements and dealing with high value transactions. Experience within all areas would be preferred yet not essential.
