JOB TITLE: Corporate Commercial Lawyer
PQE: 2+ PQE

SALARY: Circa £40,000 plus DOE

• Recognised in the legal directories for their corporate commercial offerings, this reputable practice is keen to appoint Corporate Commercial Lawyer into their team.
• The collaborative corporate commercial team covers a range of legal services and are looking for ambitious Corporate and Commercial Solicitors who are looking to handle an excellent quality of work within a reputable practice.
• Ideal Corporate Commercial Solicitors or Legal Executives will have circa 2-4 years’ experience in managing their own caseload of corporate commercial matters and be looking for a diverse client base where you can utilise your experience and skills.
• Working on behalf of a diverse client base, the appointed Corporate Commercial Solicitor will be advising on a varied caseload of matters to include corporate matters and some commercial work.
• An interesting and challenging caseload for a technically brilliant Corporate Commercial Solicitor to get their teeth stuck into.
• Significant client contact and high-quality transaction are on offer along with a competitive Salary and benefits package is on offer.
