This is an outstanding opportunity for a conveyancer to join a fantastic conveyancing team, working on residential properties, in an award winning law firm in Chichester, West Sussex.
 
The Firm
A private practice with excellent coverage of the southern region providing a full legal service to clients including individuals and businesses. The practice works across areas of law such as residential and commercial property, employment, company commercial, wills and probate, civil and commercial litigation, as well as family law.
 
The Role
The successful conveyancer will undertake the management of their own case load from instruction to completion involving all aspects of conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, transfers & re-mortgages, plot sales and developer work, and you will be used to working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work. Working as part of a small team within a larger property department across the practice.
 
The Candidate
This role is suitable for a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with at least 2 year's experience running a full case load from instruction through to completion.
Excellent communication skills.
