Housing Litigation Solicitors (can be mainly remote)

A Solicitor (or equivalent!) with Litigation experience in the housing sector is required for an organisation in Merseyside. This is in a location which is commutable by others in the team from Manchester and Cheshire, and the team members mainly work from home. Part time candidates will be considered too. 

This is an opportunity to join a fantastic legal team at a housing association and be part of the team handling all housing disputes and litigation in the group. 

You should be experienced in a broad range of housing management, disrepair, landlord and tenant, and disputes work. You will ideally have worked for an organisation in the public or charitable sectors (or indeed a housing association) although this is by no means a requirement, and the right person could equally be from a private practice law firm background too.  

There are two roles - one more suited to a junior solicitor (or equivalent) with between 1 and 3 years' PQE (although NQ candidates with the right experience pre training will be considered too). The other is more suited to a candidate with up to 5 years' PQE. Salaries respectively are £45,000 and £50,000 with a good range of benefits.
