Job Details
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly regarded and rapidly growing commercial practice and undertake the Residential Conveyancing work for their commercial clients.
They currently refer the work to other firms and are keen to retain it internally, determined to deliver the quality of service that their clients are accustomed to receiving. There is more than enough work for a highly experienced lawyer to join immediately and possibly enough to recruit two. Their ideal is to appoint the lead lawyer, continuing to outsource the overflow work whilst they settle in but then to appoint a second lawyer to work with them, which clearly the lead lawyer would be involved in. The work itself is a broad base of residential work and could include anything from purchasing or selling a multimillion pound house through to acquiring a student flat for a clients child. Their clients are not driven by getting the cheapest quote but rather by getting a good quality service.
