Solicitor - Property Team

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Solicitor to join the expanding Property Team in our long established, reputable Swansea Firm.

The successful candidate will run a varied property-based case load to include both residential and commercial matters. Typical files will include residential sales and purchases, commercial leases, assignments and renewals, licences, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, gifts and assents, freehold reversion sales and purchases, leasehold enfranchisements, amongst other transactions as may be required by our clients.

The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years plus PQE, although candidates will less PQE may be considered depending upon their experience and their suitability to the role.  The successful candidate must have an eye for detail and will need to be able to work efficiently without sacrificing the high levels of service we strive to deliver to our clients.  We also expect the successful candidate to be commercially aware, in respect of both the business demands of the Firm, but also when advising our commercial clients.
